Mesothelioma chemotherapy
uses element substances to treat the fatal cancer called malignant
mesothelioma. Although there are a number of mesothelioma treatment
options accessible, none have yet to be victorious in combating
the disease. Mesothelioma chemotherapy falls into two categories;
traditional mesothelioma and new mesothelioma treatments.

growth. Although it cannot cure mesothelioma, ALIMTA® prolongs
life and reduces pain. It can supply new hope if you have a
more advanced case of pleural mesothelioma where surgery is
not an decision.
If you take pemetrexed, you may practice troublesome side effects.
These contain nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, mouth sores,
and lowered blood counts. However, taking vitamin B12 and folic
acid may diminish some of these problems. The doctor will also
set down a corticosteroid to reduce your chance of developing
rashes. A corticosteroid is a steroid obtained from the cortex
of the adrenal gland, or any synthetic substitute.
Vinorelbine
Vinorelbine is a plant alkaloid that blocks cancer cell dissection.
It has been used in the treatment of breast cancer and non–small
cell lung cancer. The drug reduced pain and better the quality
of life for some some patients and had a moderately low toxicity
and mild side effects. Further research will be done to conclude
the effects of combining vinorelbine with other chemotherapy
agents.
